TYPHOID
TYPHIDOT a DOT EIA (Enzyme Link Immunoassay) based technique for the accurate & early diagnosis of typhoid fever. TYPHIDOT has proven to be the most sensitive & precise test available in the market.
TYPHIDOT detects IgM & IgG against a specific antigen, which is (50 KD), outer membrane protein of Salmonella Typhi (patented), this makes TYPHIDOT the most specific test as there are no chances for cross reactivity or false positive.

TYPHIDOT can detect both IgM & IgG separately & simultaneously thus indicating the status of acute, chronic or relapse infection. All other typhoid tests, which are O Antigen Based, cassettes, Latex agglutination based, cannot detect typhoid as early & as specific as TYPHIDOT     & miss typhoid in early stages. So a test positive with TYPHIDOT means definite typhoid.

The Chemtrue One Step HBV Combo 5 Test Card is a colloidal gold enhanced immunoassay for the determination of HBV markers. Five individual strips (HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, HBcAb) are innovatively put together, using one sample well for all five tests at same time. For HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, the assay principle is conventional sandwich assay, for HBeAb, HBcAb, it is competitive assay. The nitrocellulose membrane is immobilized with antibody or antigen on the test line region. During the assay the specimen is allowed to react with the colored conjugate on individual strip, the mixture then migrates chromatographically on the membrane by the capillary action.
